Job Description
An exciting opportunity for several Sr. Software Engineers to help revolutionize the deployment of needed functionality out to our warfighters on the front lines. Utilize experience using Java/JavaScript, scrum and test automation frameworks in an Agile/DevOps environment to modernize Air Operations by leveraging proven experience in tasks specializing in software development, integration, and test.  Opportunities to develop creative solutions to complex technical system and software integration problems using cutting-edge processes and tools. We are looking for demonstrated self-starters, individuals who are good team players and embrace the Agile/DevOps methodologies. 

Work will be performed in Cambridge or Marlborough sites with periodic travel to Hanscom AFB, Bedford.

Looking for Engineers interesting in leveraging their experience in the following for this critical Air Operations modernization program:
- Command and Control Systems
- Agile/DevOps methods and tools
- Dev/Ops Team Interactions
- Software development with continuous integration and automated test frameworks

- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor of Science in one of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering 
- Must have a minimum of 6+ years of software development experience using Java/JavaScript, scrum and test automation frameworks. 
- Must be a creative developer, self-starter, and good communicator that can thrive in a collaborative team environment using the latest Agile/DevOps practices and tools along with the following: software development processes; middleware infrastructure development processes, and/or adaptation database development processes
- Practical experience with Agile/scrum, continuous integration and automated test frameworks
- Experience integrating software (modules, components, subsystems) and conducting system/software integration and testing of software products
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team-player
- Ability to coordinate with product and multi-discipline functional teams
- Extensive experience working directly with program customers and dealing diplomatically with program issues while solving difficult technical problems

Desired skills include 7+ years of experiencing using Test Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming development methods along with the following: 
- Advanced degree – M.S. in one of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering
- Practical experience developing software for Command and Control systems
- Product development in a multi-disciplined collaborative team environment
