Job Description
Solidus is searching for a Requirements Engineer to provide support the Force Protection program office, which is within the Battle Management Directorate at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Responsibilities:
- Develop requirement management plans, maintain configuration control and traceability through the requirement lifecycle  
- Derive new system/subsystem requirements, allocating and tracing them through the requirement lifecycle 
- Lead stakeholders in deriving requirements from functional need and capturing in database tools 
- Establish and maintain requirement database tools (such as DOORS), requirement data entry, traceability, requirement management and configuration management
- Ability to transition requirements into test requirements, establishing traceability through system test scripts and reporting through verification and validation 
 

Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs
- Requires a technical background in requirements breakdown, decomposition, and derive the technical system level requirements
- IBM Rational DOORs experience required.    
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
