Job Description
Solidus is looking for a Recruiting Administrator to join our Executive Administration team to support our Recruiting department. As a small, woman and veteran owned contract engineering services firm, Solidus has a dedicated staff that understands and believes in our company philosophy.

We are searching for an Administrator to join our team, learn our recruitment methodology and support our Recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities of this position will include; general administrative support, document management, data entry, database management, online application system maintenance, support in resume screening, candidate qualification, pre-screening calls and reference checks.

The candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks, have a high attention to details, and a consistent track record of completing projects in a timely manner. Excellent time/project management skills are a must. We are looking for someone who can work remotely and stay motivated, as well as understand and embody our company culture. The selected candidate will be given opportunities to work independently as well as within the team and use their own initiative and creativity to make the position their own. There will be opportunity for professional development and growth for the right individual. 

This is a part time position; 20 hours per week.

- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Communications or related field
- 1-3 years of experience working in business administration, sales, account management or customer service
- Experience in technical industry a plus 
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Ability to adapt and learn new desktop applications rapidly without hand holding a must
- Experience using a relational database for data tracking and management
- Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred 
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong phone presence
- Exceptional organizational skills are a must
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- An energetic self-starter with the capacity to work independently and to self-motivate
