Job Description
Solidus is searching for a Haskell Software Developer.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to support the development of a software testbed. The ideal candidate will have working experience (minimum 1-2 years) developing in the Haskell programming language, familiarity with programming and debugging in a Linux environment and deploying projects to Amazon AWS.

Additionally, experience building or working with software testing frameworks, familiarity with distributed computing and an interest in the analysis and design of programming languages is a plus. The candidate’s professional experience should indicate a track record of working on small, collaborative teams and delivering working software. The candidate will work with the team to develop and integrate multiple projects into this testing framework and support the analysis and testing of each.

- US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience
- Working experience developing in a functional language like Haskell, ML, Scala, OCaml
- Excellent verbal skills communicating technically complex challenges and solution involving software integration and debugging across heterogeneous platforms
- Fast learner and an ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with minimal supervision or specific assignments

Skills Preferred:
- Experience developing in Haskell
- Experience with deploying software to Amazon AWS
- Distributed computing experience
