Do you have experience with B2B sales and looking to break into medical sales? Or are you looking for an opportunity to establish a career in sales?  Are you looking for an opportunity to learn from the ground up; working alongside the operations staff?  Sizewise is looking for a driven, hands on Sales & Operations Representative for the Albuquerque/Santa Fe NM area.  This is an entry level position and a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in sales & will enjoy being on the move constantly This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning from the ground up.  If you have 1-2 years with B2B sales and would like to break into the medical industry, then this may be the opportunity for you.  A valid driver's license is required for this role.  In addition to our benefits package, we offer a base salary, unlimited commission and a monthly car allowance.  


Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Service and maintain current relationships
  • Develop and execute a strategy for sales growth within the territory
  • Know the Sizewise product/service offerings & where your products fit 
  • Make compelling presentations presentations to a variety of audiences utilizing varied media
  • Manage site staff, ensure training is complete, documented and up to date for all employees
  • Participate in the recruitment process for site, onboarding of new staff, conduct reviews, performance improvement plans and terminations as required
  • Perform medical equipment delivery/pick-up and in-servicing to health care professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Supervise adherence to all OSHA, HIPAA and compliance/regulatory guidelines as applicable
  • Participate in on-call rotation of every other weekend for service/operations 
  • Will act as backup to operations staff as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of DOT, OSHA & other safety regulations
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a clean driving record
  • Sales management is beneficial

Education: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
