The Sales Account Specialist is a great role for individuals looking to make the move from Operations to Sales. It is a hybrid position that allows you to peek into the sales world while still maintaining and advancing your operations knowledge. Our Sales Account Specialist assists in areas such as servicing customer accounts, developing sales presentations, and assisting in delivery and setup at facilities. They work closely with the Sales Representatives, learning at every opportunity in order to fine tune their skills. It really is the role that crosses the bridge between the Operations and Sales departments.  This is a great opportunity for recent college grads looking to move into a sales careers.  

Job Duties: 
Maintains a working knowledge of the Sizewise product portfolio and competitive products
Demonstrates understanding of Sizewise policies, procedures, and regulations in order to maintain a satisfactory record of compliance
Maintains open, effective communication with all district personnel, customers, and other Sizewise employees.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing sales sites. 
Strategically targets upselling in existing accounts. Focuses on listed new accounts/target to uncover new opportunities as coached by coworkers  and superiors. 
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. 
Assist in the delivery and setup of equipment as necessary to ensure excellent service to customers. Adjusts content of sales presentations and  in-service by studying the type of responsibilities and functions of facility representative.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual  territory analyses. 
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to obtain DOT certification required
Clean driving record
Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, word-processing and presentation software particularly those in Microsoft Office, to facilitate daily work,  make public presentations and prepare reports.
Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media. Is adept at getting the attention and  involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences.
Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages customer expectations.
Adeptly explains features, benefits, and technical aspects of the full product line.  Demonstrates expert knowledge of the competitive market.
Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment. 
Demonstrate ability to grow, develop and advance professionally in knowledge and skill set.

*This is a salary plus commission role
*The goal of this position is personnel development and progression toward a District Sales Representative role.  Timeline of that possible transition is to be determined by performance, company needs, and opportunity available.
