The Regional Manager (RM) is accountable for sales growth and management of sales representatives, as well as, meeting sales revenues and volume growth goals for Sizewise in the Southwest Region including Las Vegas NV, San Diego CA, Los Angeles CA, Orange County CA, Riverside CA and the surrounding areas. RM’s drive top-line revenue consistent with Sizewise objectives while maintaining fiscal responsibilities. The RM will have direct reports, including District Managers and District Sales Representatives & is accountable for developing the skills and organizational potential of their team.


Key Areas of Responsibility
Coaches sales representatives’ efforts in sales process from opportunity identification to close of business.
Co-travels with team members on a regular basis (minimum of every 4-6 weeks) to drive sales, reinforce product knowledge and develop overall success for each territory.  
Provides regular performance feedback and coaching for improved performance of team members, documented on an ongoing basis.
Creates atmosphere of positive morale, accountability to goals, and competitive spirit within the team. Leads regional sales forecasts at an individual level on a monthly and semi-monthly basis, actively listening and questioning for sales representative development and success. 
Communicate and work with other Regional Managers, Capital Sales Manager, National Account Managers and Regional Vice President to maximize opportunity within the current customer and partner base. 
Interfaces with accounts and prospective accounts to provide assistance with sales process, resolve problems, build relationships, develop referrals and maintain goodwill.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of features, benefits, and technical aspects of the full Sizewise product line.
Responsible for managing the entire life cycle of the sales process with their sales representatives including: pipeline building, product presentations, proposals, RFPs, negotiations and contracting

Qualifications
At least 5 years of documented successful sales management, managing 5 or more successful sales people, preferably in the healthcare field.
At least 7 years of documented sales success and quota achievement for multiple years, preferably in the healthcare field. 
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
Excellent consultative and competitive sales skills that leverage both strong process and relationship-driven techniques
Experienced in contract negotiations, preferably w/local GPO/IDNs
Must sufficiently pass a DOT physical and maintain an excellent driving record.
