Public Job Description
As a Sizewise District Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to target hospitals, long term care facilities, and rehabilitation facilities and their key stakeholders such as: Physicians, Nursing, and Administration.  You will need to effectively communicate the clinical and economic benefits of Sizewise products to secure commitments for recommendations that will drive sales.  Your primary focus is to execute strategies to drive sales and rentals of specialty products; to increase penetration and profitability in existing accounts as well as increase market share through cold calling, prospecting, building relationships, post sales implementation and account maintenance.  Must reside within proximity of the territory.

Key Accountabilities include: 
Execute strategic sales initiatives designed to exceed established sales goals
Understanding of complex sales process to negotiate with multiple decision makers
Utilize Sizewise promotional materials to effectively communicate the clinical and economic benefits of Sizewise products to targeted healthcare professionals
Prioritize the utilization of resources to drive return on investment
Ability to work closely with Regional Manager and service team to execute the strategic account sales plan
Manage operations and staff of local warehouse site

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proven track record of successful sales experience as well as operating a site warehouse
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT certification
Reside within the territory

Preferred Qualifications
Strong Business acumen 
Experience working in a collaborative environment while increasing sales and managing team members
Previous experience managing a small staff and ensuring operational goals are met
