Customer Care Representative I

Looking for a compassionate Customer Care Representative with clerical experience in multi-campus care for patients with mental health and addiction diagnoses.

Skilled in documentation, customer service either by phone or in person in a medical setting. Committed to providing a therapeutic environment, meticulous documentation, and collaborative care in Outpatient Psychiatry. 


Job Responsibilities:

What you will do.

Acts as the primary point of contact for all phone and in person inquires, delivering high-quality service and maintaining accurate electronic health records.

Maintain detailed daily documentation and collaborate with clinical teams to support treatment plans.

Operate effectively across diverse departments, including Outpatient Psychiatry and Therapy.

Job Qualifications:

Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and at least one year of office/clerical work experience with frequent customer contact OR an Associate’s Degree with 6 months of successful work experience in any field.

Must have excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, communication and organizational skills.

Must be able to attain/maintain competency with agency electronic health record and use it effectively within required timeframes.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
