Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Supervisor for you Behavioral Health Technicians on our overnight shift!

This position is a supervisory position leading a team of BHT's overnight overseeing all hiring, supervision, investigations, scheduling needs of all overnight tech's while also working in coordination with the charge nurses, nurse manager, clinical manager and director, to plan, oversee and participate in the daily therapeutic services designed to facilitate the safety of psychosocial rehabilitation of mental health/substance use patients in the ACSU and CCSU departments. 

Must have a High School diploma at at least two years of supervisory (management experience with hiring, discipline, investigations, scheduling etc.) in a human services field! 

Must have a valid driver's license  with a good driving record, a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance.

Job Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of a H.S. diploma or equivalent and 1 year of supervisory/management experience in a health/human services field or a H.S. diploma or equivalent and 2 years of supervisory/management experience in any field. An A.A/A.S. degree preferred. Certified Behavioral Health Technician preferred and/or attain certification within 1 year.  Must have advanced computer skills and be able to train CSU staff.  Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance.
