Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an as needed (PRN) Psychiatrist to join our team!

Provides psychiatric services which reflect approved clinical standards of SalusCare in the assessment and treatment of patients. 

Must be board certified in Psychiatry, have a Medical license with the Florida DOH. 

Must possess a demonstrated interested in treating acute care and Child/adolescent population.

Must be able to complete a one week orientation plus one day (Monday-Friday, Monday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:00am-5:00pm each day. Orientation is held at our Evans Campus

Other Requirements:

Successfully pass a pre-employment medical screening which includes Drug Test and TB test.
Successfully pass a level 2 background screening with the Department of Children's and Families (DCF) and Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA)

Job Qualifications:

Must be a graduate from an accredited medical school.  Must have a clear/active FL medical license and an active DEA certificate. Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology preferred (Board Eligible required). Previous addictions or community mental health experience a plus.
