Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Acute Care Nurse Manager to oversee the Crisis Stabilization and Detox Unit Nurses!

Must have an Associates Degree in Nursing! A valid RN license and a minimum of five years nursing experience with two years demonstrated leadership experience.

This is a highly responsible professional position requiring planning, organizing, developing, directing and evaluating the nursing service operation ensuring the highest degree of quality patient care. 


Job Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree in nursing, BSN preferred and a valid Florida RN license. Requires a minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience with one (2) year demonstrated leadership experience which can be concurrent.   Requires knowledge of budgeting and other program management functions. Must have a good working knowledge of management systems within a medical/social services setting.  Must have general knowledge of co-occurring disorders in order to best serve our population of patients.  Must be able to effectively utilize the electronic health record and use it effectively within required timeframes. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
