Looking for a Licensed Clinician with assessment experience in multi-campus care for patients with mental health and addiction diagnoses. Skilled in documentation, communication and compassionate care. Committed to providing a therapeutic environment, meticulous documentation, and collaborative care in Outpatient programs.


Job Responsibilities:

What you will do.

Completes screenings and assessments

Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy (individual, group, and family) to culturally diverse clients of all ages.

Assess and treat mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders according to best-practice documentation standards.

Develop treatment plans with patient goals and needs, involve family/collaterals as appropriate, conduct treatment plan reviews with patients as needed.

Completes case reviews, evaluations, and review and audit of charts.

Collaborates with staff to ensure patient needs are met.

Job Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a mental-health curriculum and an active Florida license required. 

A minimum of 1year of experience working with individuals with mental health, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders.

Requires a licensure as a LCSW, LMHC or LMFT.
