Executive Assistant to the SVP & Chief Financial Officer

Major Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and financial support within the Executive Offices, serving as a trusted partner to the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (SVP & CFO). This hybrid role combines executive support with hands-on involvement in financial reporting, analysis, and coordination across the Bank’s core functional areas, and requires the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, judgment, and timeliness in the delivery of executive-office support. The incumbent must fully comply with the Bank’s policies as outlined in the Bank’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. In addition, the position holder is required to uphold the Bank’s Customer Service Standards and Code of Ethics at all times.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Strong foundation in Accounting or Financial reporting

Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to work independently

Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism

Proactive mindset with strong communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
