Customer Service Representative, Counter (Abaco)
Location:Marsh Harbour, Abaco

FT/PT Status:Regular Full Time
  

Major Responsibilities:
- Performs basic cash receipt and payment services in a professional manner, ensuring that the customer’s needs are met.  
- Continually solicits new customers and cross sells all services at every opportunity.  
- Receives cheques and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines cheques for proper endorsement, and enters deposits into computer records.
- Balances cash drawer at the end of the shift with speed and accuracy, and compares totaled amounts to computer-generated proof sheet.
- Demonstrates ownership of complaints, voiced by customers. At all times, achieves Commonwealth Bank’s problem, acknowledgement and resolution standards.  

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 B.G.C.S.E.'s with C and above, including Mathematics and English
Strong customer service skills and commitment to Service Quality
Great listening and communication skills 
Keen attention to detail with the ability to produce error free work
Professional personal presentation
Excellent punctuality and attendance record
Highly confidential in nature
Excellent cash management skills and strong numerical ability 
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with others in a respectful, professional and cordial manner
Stress management skills. Not easily overwhelmed.  Able to multi-task in a fast paced working environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
