- Answers all incoming calls according to Bank’s Policy, takes and relays messages accurately, timely; effectively transfers calls to the correct department/personnel. - Maintains friendly relations with all staff and customers through telephone conversations and requests. - Responsible for notifying the IT Department immediately once telephone lines are down. Sends email to all branches and departments advising of the same. Once the telephone lines are up an email all branches and departments are to be advised via email. - Serves/greets all customers in the best professional manner possible and ensures all customer needs are met and directs them to the correct department.
