Project Management Administrator
Location:Mackey Street Head Office

Major Responsibilities:

The Project Management Administrator provides coordination and operational support to the Project Management Office (PMO), helping ensure that strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational priorities. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support project managers in tracking milestones, preparing project reports and updating documentation.
  • Maintain and update the central project portfolio, ensuring accuracy and visibility of project status.
  • Assist is maintaining project governance standards, including risk and issue tracking and change control processes. 
  • Schedule and document project meetings and follow-up action items.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all project templates, documentation, and communications.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for project status reports, management committee materials and executive presentations.
  • Facilitate collaboration across IT and business stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The incumbent must demonstrate the following knowledge & skills.  

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations or related technical support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and relevant certifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
