Assistant Manager, Solution Delivery & Engineering

Major Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager, Solution Delivery & Engineering plays a key role in supporting the Bank’s technology transformation initiatives by ensuring that new solutions are efficiently designed, delivered, tested, and transitioned into production.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide hands-on support for systems integration, application deployment, and post-implementation maintenance across various business and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Delivery, Application Support, Infrastructure, Project Management and Governance teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, automate repeatable tasks, and optimize system performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the Bank’s delivery framework.
  • Conduct system validations and participate in management reviews.
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of enterprise applications, system architecture, and modern engineering practices such as API’s, automation and cloud technologies.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The incumbent must demonstrate the following knowledge & skills.  

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
