ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
The Administrative Assistant, Training & Organizational Development (TOD) plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Corporate Learning Centre (CLC) and the Assistant Vice President (AVP)’s executive office. This position requires discretion, initiative, and strong communication and coordination skills. The successful candidate will manage scheduling, assist with department projects, and coordinate internal development efforts with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Executive and Administrative Support
Support for Executive and Strategic Training Initiatives
Development Department Support
Decentralized Training & Conference Reporting
External Vendor & Trainer Coordination
Data and Reporting Support
Technology and Design
Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting an executive or in a fast-paced administrative role.
Experience working in learning and development, human resources, or a financial services environment is an asset.
The incumbent must maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment and perform independently while performing the duties of the Administrative Assistant.
